Adults and children weighing over 50kg (ie about 15 years old and over):
The usual dose is one to two 500mg tablets each time, if necessary, it can be repeated after at least 4 hours.
In general, it is not necessary to take more than 3 grams of paracetamol (ie 6 tablets) per day. However, in case of severe pain and on the advice of a doctor, the total dose can be increased to 4g paracetamol (ie 8 tablets) per day.

Never take more than 4g of paracetamol per day (including all medications containing paracetamol).

In children: The dose depends on the child's weight, age only for reference and need to use a more appropriate form of medicine.
The recommended daily dose of paracetamol is about 60mg / kg / day in 4 or 6 divided doses, about 15mg / kg every 6 hours or 10mg / kg every 4 hours.
For children weighing from 27kg-40kg (about 8 to 13 years old): The dose is 1 500mg tablet each time, if necessary, it can be repeated every 6 hours but not more than 4 capsules per day.
For children weighing from 41kg-50kg (about 12 to 15 years old): The dose is 1 500mg tablet each time, if necessary, it can be repeated every 4 hours but not more than 6 tablets / day.

Number of pills taken:
Drinking on a regular schedule can avoid fluctuations in pain or fever symptoms.
The interval between oral doses:

Children should be given regular medication even at night, preferably every 6 hours, or at least 4 hours.
Adults must take at least 4 hours apart from each other.
